1 Reservations & Check-in / Check-out

By booking accommodation at Villa Nuova, guests agree to abide by the following operational policies:

2 Payment & Cancellation Policy

We provide transparent payment and flexible cancellation terms:

• Direct Booking Confirmation: Direct reservations placed via our concierge can be guaranteed with an advance deposit or full settlement upon arrival (Cash in USD/LKR or Credit Card).
• Standard Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or failure to arrive may incur a fee equivalent to 1 night's stay.

3 Eco Sanctuary & Estate Guidelines

Villa Nuova is a tranquil eco-certified hillside retreat designed for peaceful living and nature immersion:

• Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for all staying guests and local wildlife.
• Non-Smoking Policy: All interior rooms, bedrooms, and enclosed salon areas are strictly 100% non-smoking. Designated open-air smoking areas are provided on garden grounds.
• Care for Nature: Please help us conserve our botanical forest grounds and wildlife habitats. Single-use plastics are discouraged.

4 Third-Party Tour & Transfer Services

All island chauffeur transfers and custom guided tours arranged through our official travel partner Thara Lanka Tours are conducted in accordance with their respective vehicle safety and tour operator licenses.

5 Liability & Valuables

Villa Nuova provides secure guest accommodations. Guests are advised to keep personal valuables secure. Management cannot accept liability for lost or unattended personal property left in open outdoor areas.
